In order to best serve you, South Jersey Sports Acupuncture will verify your insurance benefits for you when you schedule your initial evaluation.

South Jersey Sports Acupuncture accepts out-of network insurance for acupuncture patients. Acupuncture is an eligible expense for both Health Savings Accounts and Flexible Spending Accounts.

To get Started:

Schedule your New Patient Evaluation and Treatment. Upon scheduling, you will receive an email where you can fill out and submit your Intake Forms and Insurance Verification Form. After you complete and submit the forms, we will verify your benefits. We will discuss your insurance coverage at your initial visit. (Note: It takes at least 1-2 business days to verify benefits)
